Return and Exchange Terms and Conditions
· There is no return service for all unopened or opened items.
· Therefore, you must think carefully before purchasing. Once the order is placed or paid, the product will enter the production process, and no changes will be made at this time, and no refund will be accepted.
· All items will be inspected manually by M.E. Shop to ensure that there is no problem in appearance.
· If the goods have quality problems, such as internal damage and no sound, etc., they can be replaced or maintained.
· If the returned product is damaged artificially, the buyer shall bear the relevant maintenance costs and all shipping costs.
· The return procedure takes one to three weeks (from the date of receipt of the return), and M.E. Shop will notify the customer of the details after the procedure is completed.
· M.E. Shop is not responsible for damages after delivery.
· In case of any disputes, M.E. Shop reserves the right of final decision.
