Return Policy

Online Exchange and Refund Policy


  1. In general, we do not accept any product exchanges or order cancellations.
  2. Upon receiving the goods (including delivery or self-pickup), you must immediately inspect the ordered items for any damages or completeness. If any products are found to be damaged, you can contact us to arrange for an exchange.
  3. If we agree to a product exchange but the requested item is out of stock, we will refund the relevant amount to you.
  4. Before accepting a product exchange, please present the original purchase receipt or relevant electronic receipt.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of products that have been signed for due to appearance issues or incomplete accessories.
  6. If you find that the product dimensions do not meet your requirements: Before the product is delivered, we may, at our discretion, replace the model or brand for customers. Within 7 working days after the product is delivered (if the packaging has not been opened), customers can opt for a replacement of another model or brand by paying a 10% handling fee based on the original product price and the price difference (if any) of the original and replacement products. However, if the packaging has been opened after delivery, product replacement will not be arranged.
  7. The exchanged product must be returned with complete packaging, accessories, instruction manuals, and unused warranty cards.
  8. The exchanged product must be free from damage, destruction, and any signs of water exposure.
  9. Products that have been registered for warranty online or have been repaired are not eligible for exchange.
  10. The goods must be returned together with any accompanying gifts and shopping vouchers received at the time of purchase; otherwise, we will deduct the value of the gift from the refund.
  11. In special circumstances, after consultation with our customer service department and obtaining our approval, we will refund the amount involved in online shopping to the relevant payment account used for payment or through another method agreed upon by you. Refunds may take approximately 5 working days.
  12. Buyers are responsible for the round-trip shipping fees associated with product exchanges.
  13. The above terms and conditions apply only to online purchases made on the M.E. Studio official website.


Refund Policy


  1. Upon receiving the ordered goods, either by you or the designated recipient, it is your responsibility to inspect the products for any defects and/or damages and ensure that all accessories are included.
  2. If within 7 days of product delivery, you find that the product does not meet the manufacturing standards, we guarantee the replacement of the same product. During the manufacturer's warranty period, you can also avail of the warranty provided by the authorized dealer and return the product to the manufacturer/authorized dealer for repair.
  3. For replacement or refund, the product must undergo inspection by the authorized dealer to confirm that it does not meet the manufacturing standards. We reserve the right to require customers to visit the designated repair center of the authorized dealer for product inspection.
  4. If you are still unsatisfied with the product after the replacement process mentioned above, you can return the product and use the amount paid to us to purchase an alternative product.
  5. In special circumstances, after consultation with our customer service department and obtaining our approval, we will refund the amount involved according to the terms mentioned in the "Online Exchange and Refund Policy," Section 11.
  6. This policy only applies to specified products and does not apply to custom headphones, customized products, gift card products, and non-refundable products.
  7. This policy does not apply to products registered for warranty on the supplier's or authorized dealer's website, repaired products, products without M.E. Studio purchase receipts, products with M.E. Studio receipts but without the actual product, and products that are requested for replacement or refund based on personal preferences.
  8. If the product belongs to a non-refundable category, we will not accept refund requests from customers.
  9. In case of any disputes, M.E. Studio reserves the final decision-making authority.


Free Delivery Terms

  • M.E. Studio will not be liable for any damages that occur during transportation.
  • For changes to the delivery address or time, additional purchases, or modifications to the original sales order, customers must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice before the scheduled delivery (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
