Delivery Policy

When shopping through our online store, you have the option to choose our delivery service.


Once we receive your order, we will assign a dedicated person to handle your order and prepare the items for shipment. We understand the importance of delivering the goods to you as quickly as possible while ensuring proper packaging to guarantee your satisfaction with our service.



Delivery Time


After completing the ordering process and confirming payment, we will arrange the shipment as soon as possible. Generally, the items will be shipped within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For overseas orders, it may take 14-21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for the customer to receive the shipment. The actual time may vary depending on the shipping carrier. Please note that any order may experience delays due to various factors. The estimated delivery times mentioned above are for reference only. Once the order is confirmed, we will ship it out as soon as possible, and any delayed orders will be notified in advance.


Common factors that may cause delays in shipping include:

*If you have purchased a pre-order product, the stocking time will depend on the availability and does not apply to the aforementioned shipping time. We will arrange delivery as soon as possible once the product is available.



Delivery Status


The delivery status of orders that have not been shipped or are not available for self-pickup is "Preparing for Shipment" or "Processing." Once the order is shipped, the status will be updated to "Shipped." After the customer receives the order, the status will be changed to "Collected" or "Arrived."

Delivery Options and Charges


We offer multiple delivery options to meet your needs, and the availability of free shipping or shipping charges depends on the order amount.


*For certain large items, delivery may be arranged through a shipping method other than SF Express. We will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time.



Hong Kong area orders


  • SF Express - delivery to industrial, commercial, residential and SF self-pickup points


If the order subtotal reaches HK$1000 or above, we provide free delivery to Hong Kong addresses. For orders below HK$1000, a shipping fee of HK$30 will be applied during checkout.


Apart from delivering to commercial and residential addresses, SF Express also offers multiple self-pickup options, including SF Stores, SF Service Centers, SF Smart Lockers, OK Convenience Stores, and 7-Eleven Convenience Stores. You can choose the most convenient self-pickup point according to your preference.

Once the items arrive at the selected self-pickup point, you will receive a phone message notification. Please follow the instructions provided to pick up your items.

Estimated delivery time: Approximately 1-2 business days from the date of shipment for addresses in Hong Kong.

For self-pickup at SF Express service points, please take note of the following:

  • Some self-pickup points have inventory limitations, and if the package size exceeds the limit, it will be transferred to the nearest SF Service Center or SF Store for redelivery according to your request.
  • If you choose to pick up your package at an SF Store, SF Service Center, or SF Smart Locker but fail to complete the pickup within the designated time, you will be charged a "SF Express Concierge" service fee. For more details about the "SF Express Concierge" service, please click here (provide a link if available).
  • You must pick up your package at the designated self-pickup point within 3 days from the date of the pickup notification text message. Any packages that remain unclaimed beyond this period will be returned to SF Express. Please call the customer service hotline to make alternative pickup arrangements.



Overseas orders


We offer shipping to overseas locations for some of our products. The available shipping methods for international orders are:


  • Hong Kong Post
  • UPS / FedEx / DHL


*International customers are responsible for paying the applicable shipping fees and any customs duties or taxes (if applicable).
** Product warranties are only valid for purchases made in Hong Kong. We do not accept international returns for repairs or maintenance.


Please note the following additional information:

  • If your order contains items with different shipping dates, the system will default to shipping all items together once they are all available. If you wish to have separate shipments or early pickup for specific items, please contact us to make the necessary arrangements. Please be aware that separate shipments may incur additional shipping fees.
  • In the event of adverse weather conditions or special circumstances, the delivery service may be affected, resulting in delays. The actual situation will depend on the arrangements made by the transportation company.
  • In case of any disputes, M.E. Studio reserves the right to make the final decision.
