Return and Exchange Terms and Conditions

There is no return service for all unopened or opened items.
Therefore, you are advised to think carefully before purchasing. Once the order is placed or paid, the product will enter the production process, and no changes can be made at that moment, and no refund will be accepted.
All items will be inspected manually by M.E. Studio to ensure that there is no problem in appearance.
If the goods have quality problems, such as internal damage and no sound, etc., they can be replaced or maintained.
If the returned product is damaged artificially, the buyer shall bear the relevant maintenance costs and all shipping costs.
The return procedure takes one to three weeks (from the date we received the returned items), and M.E. Studio will notify you about the details after the procedure is completed.
M.E. Studio is not responsible for damages after delivery.
In case of any disputes, M.E. Studio reserves the right of final decision.
