At the end of 2024, GU. Craftsman made significant updates to its flagship cables, releasing two new flagship cables. The latest arrival is the Dark Lord, with a pure black exterior. The New Interpretation of Copper
The Dark Lord utilizes a brand new rare earth copper as the metal material for the cable, employing the popular coaxial structure of the current generation. The rare earth copper used in both the inner and outer layers is blended with different core numbers.
Rare earth materials bring excellent value to copper, aiding in deoxidation and impurity removal from the metal, such as oxygen, hydrogen, sulfur, and more. They can enhance the copper's microstructure, improving its hardness and strength, while also boosting thermal stability and enhancing wear and corrosion resistance, showcasing a significant advantage of using rare earth copper.
