Earphone Reshell Service Process

Give your beloved earphones a second life — with a brand-new custom shell that fits your ears perfectly and reflects your personal style. Just five simple steps:

1. Choose Driver Configuration

Browse our online store or visit our Experience Center to select your preferred driver configuration for the reshell, or bring in your existing earphones for consultation.

2. Book an Ear Impression Appointment

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll contact you to schedule an ear impression session at our Kwun Tong Experience Center.

3. Ear Impression & Design Confirmation

On the day of your appointment, our team will assist you in selecting the shell design, including color, faceplate artwork, and optional personalization. You’ll also complete a detailed order form with us.

4. Custom Reshell & Assembly

After your ear impressions are ready, we’ll begin the reshell process — including crafting the new custom shell, adjusting internal components, and conducting full acoustic testing. This stage typically takes 4–8 weeks.

5. Completion & Pickup / Delivery

Once your reshelled earphones pass final quality checks, we’ll notify you. You can choose to pick them up at our Experience Center or have them shipped to you via courier.

Prior to performing any earphone modification, the customer acknowledges and accepts all associated risks and consequences. The company hereby disclaims any responsibility for damage or performance issues arising from any modification activities, including but not limited to disassembly, component replacement, or reassembly.

Earphones are precision-engineered electronic devices, and original assembly methods may involve irreversible structural processes. Any damage resulting from disassembly or modification—whether due to design limitations or improper handling—will not be covered under warranty or eligible for repair services.

Furthermore, modifications may alter the original acoustic properties and tuning parameters of the earphones, potentially leading to slight or noticeable changes in sound signature. Such changes are inherent risks of modification and must be evaluated and accepted by the customer in advance.

We strongly advise customers to carefully consider these risks and ensure full understanding before proceeding with any modifications.
